The total hardness of your water is too high. 

This creates a deposit of lime on the walls of the bath, the roller shutter, the pipes and any surface exposed to the water.

The deposits can make surfaces of your pool or hot-tub feel rough to the touch. 

To deal with this use a water softener when filling or replacing water in your pool or the by adding chemicals (acids) to reduce the total hardness of the water to 100-200 mg / l calcium carbonate (CaCO 3 ) or 10-20 French degrees
